Ha, it's small cause I only need a 1 bedroom.

As much as I work, the convenience here is I'm 20mins closer to work and won't have to deal with floods.

I was just using Pugs as one example but yeah there are a lot of breeds of pets in that category. It's usually the ones with the smooshed in faces that have the really bad breathing issues as they get older, which many years ago wasn't such a bad thing for them but the issue now is that they've been so heavily bred (and cross-bred) that that health issue has gotten much worse instead of better. Its certainly not the pets' fault and I do think they all deserve good homes, but its just one of the many downsides of overbreeding pets.

As Bob Barker used to always say and I 10000% agree....always spay and neuter your pets.

What's funny is the flooring damn near matches one of the floors in the extra bedrooms at my house; just got them installed early this year -

I really like that flooring and am wanting to do the same in my house... was thinking of going with a more traditional color though so it would be less trendy

I went 2 different shades, cause I had intentions of painting the walls a dark shade of gray for the one with the lighter flooring.

It cost just over $2k for both rooms (10×12 or so, including closets) which is super cheap for; ripping out the baseboards, new baseboards, premium material that goes underneath which really dampens the floor (no creak or anything), and the laminate flooring itself.

Only thing I had to do was remove the carpet and dumped it myself.

Yeah, that is really cheap. Did you install the flooring yourself?

When my basement roommate moves out my other roommate wants to move down there and after that I'll start ripping up the flooring on the main level

Installation was included in that pricing.

I was initially getting quotes of over $3k installed until I ran into a guy that purchased a vehicle from us, and signed up.

He remembered me well and insisted on getting the job so he personally came out to my house (he's the salesman too, not the installer) to get me accurate measurements. He said there's a bit of markup on the flooring so that saved me a lot, and the install looked fairly cut and dry so long as no surprises, gave me a job quote vs an hourly quote.

I seriously believe in karma if nothing else.

I take care of others as much as I can and it's nice to see it always come back.

Speaking of, @what road its a 16" 416r steel barrel by black hole weaponry

I should be able to get to my storage today to grab it.
