Do they make some replacement kit's for the front mudflaps? They are ugly and want to remove but it will leave scratches & grime. Picture to show.

You can remove it. The 3rd Gen's don't even come with it.
That said I have issues with rocks flinging up and hitting my truck when I get new tires. Especially the BFG KO2 which I see you have. I used to have a shorty RokBlokz front guard, but it didn't stop all the rocks. So I replaced it with the Husky brand and called it a day. I believe WeatherTech also makes replacement front flaps.

I cut my front ones down so that they are the same distance from the ground as my rear ones.
    They looked better.

Mine have been completely off since 2011.
One tore off on crossing a ditch on some property I was hunting.
    I removed the other one.

I have step tubes just about like yours.
I haven’t notice much scratching or rock chipping on my rocker panels or doors.
There are a few places, but I’ve seen just as many on trucks with the flaps.
The step bars seem to do a pretty good job of catching most of it.

    Turned it into a 2023 SR5P 4Runner
Utility knife and a straight edge. Used a pair of pruning sheers to round the corners a touch. That said, might as well just have taken them off. I hated how long the fronts were too but they worked. Having them this short hardly stops a thing20190419_094425.jpg

I cut mine years ago. Still protects the paint and they don’t scrap coming into the driveway

Best pic i have right now back matches the front. I used something round as a template and then use tin snips to cut 06906B8B-A5E9-4C50-A6F9-B1A02A9556EC.jpg
