Beware: LED's from SuperBrightLEDs.com

Buyer beware - I have bought several replacement LED lights from SuperBrightLEDs.com for my 2018 Tacoma TRD Off Road. The first batch worked out very well and I am still very happy with. However subsequent order went sideways and I got zero useful help from their customer service, besides returning them.

The LED headlight replacement bulbs don't work. They have the +/- socket reversed for the clip in and don't care to acknowledge fixing it. You can get them to work if you like using electrical tape to hold the connection together. They spec this same light for low, high and fog lights.

The front amber flashers don't fit. The wrong base configuration to properly seat and pop into socket.

The vanity mirror and dome lights are also wrong. They are selling the wrong type base for the vanity mirrors and too large of a base for the dome light. Coincidentally, they list these as different stock numbers on their site, but when you get to the cart, they are the same actual part number.

In short, be careful what you buy from them. These don’t cost much money but don’t let them waste your time. The good news, is they do have a 30 day return policy and it seems they’ll take them back. The bad news is they aren’t super receptive to fixing the fact they are selling incorrect products to you.

 

What part numbers, all of them, did you buy?

 

7443-A27-T-CK for Amber front flashers.

H11-HLV7-1 for the headlights, low beam. They sell the same part though for the high beams and the fog lights. Likely doesn't work with those either.

3022-NWHP4-V2 for the vanity mirror and dome light.

 

That's why I went with Sylvania Zevo's...

 

I replaced all except turn signals inside and outside w no issues

I had a license plate bulb go and they sent new one

I went off website and clicked on 2016 Tacoma etc

 

Yeah, my first order with them was great. Then basically they blew me off. Their website is actually wrong and they put the onus of researching the bulb on me vs telling me exactly what I need or correcting. Really, it's probably just me... I just have a low tolerance for poor customer service these days.

 

Those would've gave you hyper flash anyway
