    No experience with it but my personal preference is to not run the engine on anything but mfg recommended oil. For me cleaning would mean take the dirty part our, clean it with favorite cleaner, remove the remains of cleaner completely and then put the part back.
    Letting circulate particles though the engine (especially narrow passages and bearings) IMHO can cause more harm. But it's just me with ocd.

    Works great, mine burns oil, this cut the oil consumption by about 1/3. Does a good job cutting the sludge and cleaning the carbon around the oil rings.

    Make sure and follow the instructions when using. You only run it for 30 minutes at most if i remember right at about 1200 rpms sitting lb the drive way. Just follow the directions and get ready for some nasty stuff coming out when you stop the motor and drain the oil for your oil change.

    BG makes excellent products.
