Anyone know where to add the additional leaf to 110 in order to make it a 111? I went the hard way of getting my medium-duty pack

 

I will only fit in one place. Once your have the new leaf and you have it next to the 110 leaf pack it will be obvious

Any one have squeeking bushings in the rear?

 

What do you mean?
The replacement bushings slid into the mount positions with a bit of silicone grease and mechanical (and verbal) coaxing.

 

Thats what I get for posting while in bed and half asleep. Edited post. I'm thinking one of the shock bushings is making noise. Going to tear into it this weekend to see what I've got going on.

 

Looking at getting the 111's so I'm trying to find an appropriate shock without spending more than $500 on the rear shocks alone. With the weight i will constantly be carrying im guessing these springs will give 1"-2" lift. The Bil 5100's are rated for 0"-1" so those seem out, any other suggestions? I am trying to stay away from anything that tends to be a "stiffer ride". Thanks

 

You should just get the Dobinsons GS59-940's then. Everyone loves the ride of them when paired up with the rest of the Dobinsons suspension.

I plan on keeping the front the stock OR coilovers for now. Im expecting it will result in a bit of a rake which im OK with but Im hoping the ride will still be alright for the time being.

 

The stock OR stuff isn't too harsh, imo.

Do what @Crikeymike says and pair up the Dobinsons shocks with the rear leafs. Good times will be had.

 

My current setup is eibach shocks and an AAL. With a new bumper inevitably coming, new leafs are going to need to happen.

That being said, I cant decide between 111s or 112s. I've got an RTT, sliders, and will have a BAMF rear bumper with spare tire carrier and 2 jerry cans.

 

Anyone know if L59-111-R's are in stock anywhere? I have to get some sort of rear suspension upgrade in before the last week of September.

 

We are getting restocked in about 3 weeks or so

 

Do of an estimate on the typical lead time once they're in stock?

 

A couple of days to ship out, then transit time could be up to a week depending where you live.

Whats up all. I recently had my lift put on my 2018 DCLB Offroad and so far I'm pretty stoked. I know a bunch of people are wondering about measurements with Dobinson's springs, etc. so here's some pictures and measurements of where I'm at so far after 300-400 miles on the new suspension. It was pretty tight straight out of the shop but since then has softened a bit almost back to the same ride feel as stock which I actually liked with the Offroad Suspension. I will say this about both Dobinson's and Dirt King, both outstanding customer service. I had some questions along the way which I felt looking back were pretty obvious and dumb but both companies were more than willing to help a long the way. The San Diego Truck Shop did the install which I had to get a CMC and they did a great job imo.

I am almost done with a complete suspension replacement with Dobinsons MRRs all around and rxt leaf packs. I've got a really basic question on the rear shock install. What is the order of the top bushings and whether or not I need to reuse one of the stock bushing "caps" (sorry unsure on the terminology) below is a photo of the bushing stack. The part in question is the one with the red arrow. It was pressed into the bottom of the shock mount/shock tower on the rear frame but fell out when I was cleaning it up. Does this go back in? It seems like it should but it is also a rather crap/flimsy part so was considering replacing it first if it is required. Thanks for the input, I am really close to finishing this install, first time doing suspension, and don't want to have to tear it all apart because I messed this bit up.
