    Welcome to TW!

The regular cabs don't have many issues at all. They are an extremely solid truck. Did you go PreRunner or Regular suspension? The PreRunners (and of course the 4x4) may have a few small vibrations.

    Thank you for your response.
I believe that I have regular suspension. The shocks are on the out side of the frame. And nothing indicates that it is a pre-runner.
After reading some of your threads last night, I should remove the pre-filter on the air intake for better fuel economy? I only have 200 miles on her as of yet.
Thank you for your insight :)

The secondary air filter only prevents gases from escaping the engine through the intake after shutdown. It is a restriction on your intake, and will help with fuel economy and performance on a minor level.

Just so you know - Most of us have notice that the Tacomas take a few thousand miles to "break-in" before they get their advertised fuel economy. Mine took about 8,000 miles before it leveled off around 23-24 MPG.

Again Thank you for taking the time to speak with me.
I will wait before I start modifying the intake system.
I have noticed a slight increase in power through the auto shifting already.
    thank you
    Joel
