I remember mine only because the keepsake glass from my prom has it etched on it The glass is still at my folk's place. "Forever Young" - not by Alphaville, but Rod Stewart, well at least that's what the Class Illuminati told the school officials...

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along

    Great idea in theory!!

After the blade got dull all it did for me was crush the can.

went back to the church key and funnel with those cans that came in 24 to a case.

When they started making those overseas, the steel blades were soft, and they didn’t last at all.

The school I went to the Prom was very expensive I never talked in detail to anyone that went.

I was never in that select group being in a very much lower income bracket.

This was the great busing of the late sixties.

Lets bus the kids from the very poor section of town .The projects the ghetto etc.

To the school where all the upper middle class and rich live this worked quite well.

By luck and weird township lines I got tossed into the mess and did not mix with either group.

A back step for when I get older, Carhartt seatcovers, 4Runner wheels, Topper, and "tats all folks"! --for now!!
I have a couple of those. Every time I stumble across one, I think to myself "I wonder what new use I can think of for that thing" then I
move on to some other "useful" piece of junk, and have the same thought! Ahhh the life of a pack-rat!

The only real difference that I see is that most of the girls in that first pic probably weren't pregnant at the time. :D

The only reason I went to my senior prom was because my neighbor I grew up with ask me, had her home by 11:30 :frusty:
