No lift, spacers only?
Any thoughts on 275's? I don't have the mula for a lift just now and thinking that the bigger tire will do the trick.
Also, what paint did you use for the red?

Thanks man! Yep no lift. Like you, just don't have the cash and am waiting for the dust to settle. The spacers made a big difference in the stance. The paint is a standard Rustoleum oil based paint. Love the tires - no issues whatsoever.

 

What size opt7 bulbs for the lows? Worth it?

 

The low beams are H11 as well. I can't technically say they throw more light than the original bulbs but for me, I like the bright white color vs. the yellow originals. In that regard, they do seem to make it easier to see.

also on the H11 fogs i had ordered some Noyka super yellow bulbs for my truck and they didnt fit...the bulb on my SR5 is a H16

The dipped OR wheels look good! How are they holding up so far? Did you do them with the tires on or off?

 

So far so good. I've run it through the touchless car wash + pressure sprayer a few times with no issues. Pretty much all I do is beach driving so I'm not running into rocks or anything. As just a daily driver, the dipped wheels hold up well.
I did take the wheels off the truck and I used index cards in between the rim and tire to cut down overspray onto the tire. I was really happy with the way they turned out.

 

Love the look with the spacers. Any change in performance, steering, or handling from them?

Also don't have it in me to do a lift now and want to do something about the stock OR stance.

 

No change that I can tell. Great mod.

 

Wheels look good. Wish I saw your thread before I ordered. How many base + glossifer coats did you use? Did you use the same base and finish for your emblems and grille?

 

Thanks! On the wheels - yes I did take them off the truck. Used about 5-6 coats of dip and 2 coats of glossifier. For the badges and grill about the same amount of dip, no glossifier (I hadn't found out about glossifier yet - however probably would have only used it on the grill).
