This might be a stupid question but i was wondering if anyone knows if you would need to replace the small plastic washers on the bolts that hold the fake beadlock ring on the wheel if they are deteriorated or missing? Im concerned about corrosion being a problem. Am i overthinking this??

I think you're over thinking this.

Pictures? Do you currently have a corrosion issue?

AFAIK that "bolts" were part of the wheel and non removable but I may be thinking of a different style than you have.

Otherwise yeah just get the appropriate tool pull them out do whatever you got to do and reinstall I guess.

They are removable and i dont currently have a corrosion issue but thats what i would like to avoid.

I just installed new tires and removed the rings to mount them (afterwards finding out you can do that without removing them) but more than half the washers were deteriorated and fell apart when i removed them. Just wondering if i need to replace them.

If not, i will go about my day but i dont want corrosion to become a problem when i could have prevented it

Small plastic washers can be found in the hardware aisle in Ace, Home Depot, etc. Take one of the remaining good washers down there and match it up.

A good amount of the plastic washers were done for as well on mine. I didn’t bother replacing them

maybe the plastic washer is used as a pressure washer to prevent the bolts from backing out?

Some of the plastic washers on our rings broke in the first 2 years. All of our beadlock rings have clearcoat peeling off too :(

These are the washers I bought, since I couldn't find any locally at a hardware store:

Get the M8 by 16 mm OD by 1.4mm thickness, and a package of 50.
They are much thicker than the ones provided with the beadlock wheels, but they work!

The washers are plastic to prevent galvanic corrosion.
