First pardon for any grammar errors doing this on my phone. Ok I have a 2015 DCSB that I bought new last May. I've never had wind noise but I HAD ( up until this morning) a rubbing noise, if that's the best term to use. Light shunned on marble head as I was driving home last night. I remember a trick I was taught in my previous truck a 2005 GMC Sierra. Get a spray can of silicon, spray it on a clean Terri cloth rag and while the door gaskets. The gaskets stop making the noise. Hope this helps someone

Yep, door seals need a little maintenance also. Aerospace 303 protectant works good.

Same problem here. I use Armor All wipes or spray. Works really well.

This is a quote from there product page, so they say yes. But I always was under the impression not to use petroleum based products on rubber.

WD-40® Multi-Use Product can be used on just about everything. It is safe to use on metal, rubber, wood and plastic. It can also be applied to painted metal surfaces without harming the paint. Polycarbonate and clear polystyrene plastic are among the few surfaces on which to avoid using a petroleum-based product like WD-40® Multi-Use Product.

Color matched door handles, Weathertech floor liners, bed mat, Durafit seat covers, tailgate clamp, 2016 TRD Sport 17" wheels with Yokohama Geolander AT tires , Toyota exhaust tip, Toyota/Yakima bike rail mount, Toyota wheel locks, Toyota hitch cover, Redline hood struts, unifilter on air pump.
At the dealership I work at we use 3M dry type silicone. The weather strips absorb the silicone which causes them to swell slightly.

NAAC, now you got me thinking, maybe a little swelling would be good?

WD40 contains petroleum distillates. This means it tends to react negatively with rubber and rubber-like compounds. Remember the rule of cleaning - "like dissolves like".

What makes silicone unique is that it is rather inert.. it doesn't react with much, and when used as a lubricant it doesn't leave behind a visible element or any odor.

Use pure silicone.Water proof and almost permanent. And does not clean up well on clothes.Try waxing the door jam first.
