Absolutely a perfect fit. Looks just like stock and is securely attached. I had a little trouble getting the clock/pass airbag module to really clip all the way into it, but once it was it was rock solid. Though Amazon's vehicle fit indicator said that this would not fit, It of course did, so feel free to ignore the warning that it won't fit.
It has sturdy metal mounting brackets for the stereo, and the face screws onto those in addition to using the standard mounting clips. If you're trying to choose between this and the Metra. The extra cost is well worth it, as the hole in the Metra doesn't actually let a Double DIN stereo through, it requires more assembly and the mounting brackets are flimsy plastic and the face does not attach to them.

OEM Quality and look
I started out with a Metra - so do not waste your money. The Scosche may be double the money but it's worth it. Super easy to install, and fit everything perfectly. Look nearly OEM with my new Alpine head unit in my Tacoma. I had to wait two extra days, but I was so disappointed with the Metra that it was well worth it. The mounts are steel, vs the flimsy plastic from Metra, and the mount up was straight and true, which was not the case with the previous wobbly kit. This kit is worth it. Very happy.
