They send an extended spray hose (about a foot in length) very easy to snake into frame or bolt holes and is very well attached and wont fall off when twisting.
The end of the hose has 4 small hole points so when you spray the liquid comes out in a spread out scatter shot of a spray which is good to get as much coverage as possible when spraying.
The liquid is messy and spreads also good to cover top to bottom inside the frame (Just watch over spray and placing the hose to far and having it leak out another hole.
It is hard to see areas you may miss but you will get the majority and anywhere there is coating i'am confident is protected now.
Cans cover a fair amount I recommend using a air gun to blow out any dirt you can before spraying and getting at least 2 cans depending on the length of you vehicle.
I've used a number of rust converters on my van and this is the one I like the best because it gives a very deep coating the first pass and you have the job done much sooner than the other converters.
To use any converter, you should ideally go over it with an angle grinder and paint stripper wheel first to remove the surface rust. This is not required but helps a great deal.
With other rust converters, when you spray or paint them on, the liquid just sits on the surface and you'll need to give 3 or passes over 2 or 3 days to really get a completely black coverage. With this, when you spray it on the liquid has something in it that makes it expand directly into the pores and you're done the first application. You can then give it a coat of bondo and paint and enamel to seal it in.
Some people have complained that this converter does not last, but all forms of rust prevention will eventually fail, even hot dipped zinc galvanization will eventually rust. This lasts longer than the other converters I've tried so it is my favorite. You should expect to check up on the rusted area at least once a year and give it another little respray and touch up coat of paint.
The hose will probably clog after the first time you use it, so if you're doing an internal coating expect to do it all in one sitting. I use it on external parts mainly so the clogged hose is not a problem. It would be nice if they included two hoses but that's not a big deal.
Overall 5/5, highly recommended.
Wear rubber gloves and use a drop cloth, as it will drip out of the frame drain holes.
I used two cans for my 2003 Tacoma frame. Could have used a third can for inner coating other things (e.g. the gas tank protector plate), but two cans seemed sufficient for the frame. Might do this every couple years.
2 cans did one coat of the rear frame rails on my 74 Dodge Dart Sport's unibody. Would need about 6 cans total to do the whole car with the recommended 2 coats.

For the rest of the chassis I used Noxudol 300 which gave great penetration and covering and was less than a third of the price
