I did not expect the results to be so good. The lenses on my 03' Vibe were too cloudy to see anything at all, except the Orange reflective plastic for the turn signal housed with the headlamps. I just used some quality masking tape around the lenses...and followed the directions included. There was a real Kawasaki variable speed power drill for sale here on the Zon. I used it with the included wheely do pad. After about 30 minutes of very low speed with it....the lenses look at least 90% better. The lenses are mostly clear. This product is worth the price. The lights are noticeably brighter at night...and it made the car look better too. I give it the full five stars because it really works, it was easy to do and there's enough product left in the bottle to use it many more times. I am totally satisfied with this product.
Had it let me, I have some killer before and after pics to share so that another person can clearly see what a huge difference it makes in a vehicles appearance.

I was skeptical about this working but withing minutes I was a happy camper. I called out the family to see the difference and did both vehicles headlights. my aunt even brought over her tahoe for me to do! I still have plenty of polish in the bottle too!. This really does work. The lights aren't pristine and looking factory new but they are pretty darn close! WARNING: READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!! clean the headlights first! use the powerball, see how it works and then, if needed use the sanding pads. You probably won't need them. i had to use them on one headlight and that headlight is still in need of some tlc, it was just a tough one. Second warning, don't try to improve the system, just follow the directions. I would say this is fool proof but I have read the online reviews and um ya, its not. Again, read the directions, then follow those directions and you'll be fine. one more thing, if you are using a cordless drill- have a full battery or an extra battery. The one headlight that i mentioned was a victim of a dead drill and i think that affected the results, you know from the polish just sitting on there. Great buy, i highly recommend this. Walmart charges $40 a set of headlights, this is half that and you can do several car. Like I said, I still have plenty of polish in the bottle. $20 well spent. Mother knows best.
Oh and in case you are not much if an instruction reader just Google mothers headlight restoration kit instructions and mothers has an instructional video on their website. so you can see the process. again FOLLOW THE FRAKING INSTRUCTIONS AND YOU WILL BE FINE. DON'T FOLLOW THEM AND YOU'LL BE A SAD MAC ;(

There was an improvement, but not as good as the product claims

I purchased the Mothers PowerBall 4Lights Headlight Restoration Kit in an attempt to resurrect the abysmal headlights on a 2003 Honda Accord that has seen over 100000 miles. I had heard good things about this kit, and how it had helped restore headlights that were in really bad shape, so I purchased it, and waited for it to arrive.

Maybe I was just doing something wrong, but this kit really didn't make a big difference in the headlights. I followed the instructions for headlights that were severely clouded, which involved a process that was akin to sanding wood, and then buffed it out with the provided buffer and polishing cream. The headlights showed a tiny bit of improvement, but not the crystal-clear, sparkling-shine shown on the box. I would imagine that subsequent treatments might improve the condition a bit more, but I really call to question the amount of improvement made in relation to the amount of time that I worked on the lights (about an hour).

Pros:
- Kit was cheap, probably much cheaper than having a professional restore the headlights
- Worked, albeit minimally

Cons:
- Not a whole ton of improvement on the headlights
- Polishing cream was messy
- Instructions were a bit difficult to understand

Verdict:
It's probably worth the money to give it a try on newer headlights, but it might just be easier to buy after market headlights for older vehicles.

Good Product - It works!

I used this product on the headlights of my 2001 M-B CLK. The lenses were really dingy and yellow, foggy from sun exposure.

First off, I would recommend that you follow the directions! My guy just jumped in and started using the polish without reading anything. Then he started using the sanding pads without realizing they were numbered from 1-4. In spite of this, the results were actually pretty good.

When we went back and followed steps according to the directions, and when we used his electric drill, which was more powerful than my cordless one, the result was even better.

The lenses are not "like new", but they are much clearer and the yellowing is gone. You can actually see the headlamps inside and the patterns on the lenses - couldn't do that before. I wish I'd thought to take before and after pictures, because the difference is dramatic.
