This rear shock combines a monotube gas-charged design with velocity-sensitive digressive valving technology to give you a quicker damping response and precise off-road handling. On the highway, this shock delivers a firm but smooth ride quality characterized by the same outstanding handling control. These features make this rear damper ideal for 4-inch lifted trucks that spend equal time on the trails and the highway.
Heavy-Duty Build Quality. This rear shock absorber features a shock body precision-machined from premium 46mm steel tubes for superior strength. Likewise, its 14mm piston rod is machined from chrome-hardened steel, giving it the durability to handle regular off-road adventures. This shock is then equipped with premium neoprene rubber bushings, offering outstanding vibration damping. Rounding out its construction is a tough zinc-plating and a wear-resistant clear topcoat, offering maximum corrosion protection.
Convenient Install Procedure. This rear shock is designed to replace your truck’s stock rear shock without the need for modifications. Also, installation requires just standard hand tools to complete. Please note that shocks should be replaced in pairs.
