Vehicle Catalytic Converter Leak Fixed! Auto shop welded the Catalytic Converter they wanted more money to keep welding. I went to YouTube for an alatertive and this product came up with several guys using it I like it got to be great stuff got my own and did the job see the images no more leaks the car is not smocking anymore from the underneath it was a small leak but annoying and before could smell it from the inside. If big leak look in YouTube.

It's kind of thick so it takes constant, harder-than-caulk pressure to get it to come out continuously but it does work once you get the hang of it. I had to but the tip back further to make it wider so it would come out steadily. You have to squeeze it pretty hard too but just take your time. Slow and steady and then put your door seal on top of it. I put this on when the woodstove was cool to the touch and then built a fire in it after letting the adhesive sit for 24 hours with the door seal on it. And it "set" very well and holds the fiberglass door seal very tightly too. Makes the woodstove so much more efficient too so pays for itself in no time.

This stuff worked great. It is thinner than I expected, but worked good. I'm a 68 yr old gma, & If I can replace a door Gasket, anyone can. I chipped off the old cement after removing the old rope gasket. I used a flat head screw driver, & a metal brush to finish it off. I then wiped all the dust off the door with a wet rag. I rewet the gasket channel and squeezed the thinner than expected cement all around the channel. I then kinda made sure it was spread well, using my finger. I used the required 7/8 inch rope and started in the upper left area, going down, and placing tape to hold it in place as I went. When I completed the door, I had about a foot of the rope left. I cut it off, a tiny bet long, & stuck the two ends together with a little of the cement. The cement is black & it matched the black graphite rope I used. I forced the door shut to insure it was a good seal. Then opened it, left it open for an hour, then ran the pellet stove for about an hour. The next morning I ran it as usual. Perfect fit! Whole job took less than an hour, and that included vacuuming the stove out, & cleaning the door. I did this with the door one the stove, not removed,
