Incidentally for those detailed folks...Check engine light was on in my Tundra, was getting the dreaded P0420 code which means an 02 sensor is going bad or you've got a bad/plugged catalytic converter. After replacing the cat assembly because it was leaking anyway, I still kept getting the P0420 code. Doing some more homework and using the Torque Lite app on my Android phone to look at 02 sensor readouts, the left rear (bank 1, sensor 2) reading wasn't moving at all, no matter the throttle position, etc.
Not much else to say except this is the same as the Toyota OEM part for 1/2 the price and it works just as it should, if properly installed.
Sept 24: I just had my car smogged and it passed the snifter test.
