ST-Blade Fuse Blocks
Consolidates branch circuits and in-line fuses
The ST Blade Fuse Block was designed with fastener terminals to comply with ABYC Recommended Practices, and are built with tin-plated copper components for improved conductivity and lower operating temperatures. An optional cover protects the conductive surfaces from accidental shorting, labels each circuit, and stores spare fuses.
The ST Blade Fuse Block is ideal for use as a sub-panel in the DC distribution system. This solves the problem of using large and expensive circuit breaker panels as circuit protection for electronics and other branch circuits. With most circuit breaker panels a circuit breaker and an inline fuse are used for to protect electronic devices. By instead utilizing Blue Sea Systems ST Blade Fuse Block as a sub-panel, fuses more appropriate for electronics can be used, removing the need for inline fuses while only utilizing one position on the panel. This reduces the size of the panel needed and lowers the overall system cost.
- Independent and/or Common Source fuse block
- Fastener terminals for securing wires accept terminal rings
- One-piece stainless flange nuts ensure safe and secure connections
- Clear insulating cover with label recess satisfies ABYC/USCG insulation requirements
- Accepts ATO and ATC fast acting blade fuses (sold separately)
- Some models ignition protected or ingress protected

Not only is this very simple for the purpose, but being made for marine applications, it can take weather and moisture without batting an eye.
Definitely recommend, it doesn't get more straightforward and useful than this!
I strongly recommend this product to motorcyclists who like to install accessories. It's way better than the cheap Chinese fuse blocks. Also way cheaper than the very expensive ones like the FZ1, which in my opinion you don't need, unless you want specific accessories turned on by ignition and other ones turned on always.

Ordered a replacement via amazon that arrived the next day. I had originally contacted the distributer on the recommendation of amazon and have yet to get a reply. So I just returned the original unit and purchased a new unit. Same outcome, just faster.
The new unit is working great so far with my 24 volt battery bank. Hopefully it was just an isolated quality control failure.
I have connected the main #10 post terminals on this fuse block to busbars on my battery box using 4AWG wire with #10 ring terminals. The 4AWG wire fits well and the cover clears the wire without needing any modification.
The posts for the individual circuits are #8 so I have connected each of them using 10AWG wire and #8 ring terminals. There is plenty of room allowing the cover to clear everything nicely.
The additional wires on the posts that can be seen in the original photo I posted of the failed unit are leads from a 24Volt battery charger/power supply that is fused separately.
The photos contain the information I found on the Blue Sea website that shows the dimensions of the 6 circuit and 12 circuit fuse blocks.
Original Review; This seems well made for what it is and made for a clean install. I am concerned about the quality of the electrical components since one of the six circuits was dead on arrival. The same wire and same fuse work in all of the other 5 circuits but do not work in the number 2 spot. I will send this one back and order another hoping my experience is an exception and not the normal, either way it is not very confidence inspiring for an electrical safety device to come new with a failure. I will update the review after receiving the replacement and returning the faulty unit.

Pretty Simple set up. If you have your accessories all going to your battery:
1. Locate the positive and negative wire to each accessory
2. If you need to, splice (with butt connectors) the wires so that they can reach the fuse block with some length to allow you to work. In this stage, a little more length than you need is far better than a little too short, or even "exactly" the right length. You can shorten it later if you need to.
3. Locate the main positive and main negative that it attached to the battery you are using. Connect the positive wire from the battery to the positive post of the fuse block, and the negative to the negative post.
4. I attached small ring connectors to the negative wires of the accessories (bilge, aerator, nav lights, etc.) and attached them ANYWHERE on the negative positions. You don't need to worry about "where" the negative wires are connected, as long as they are secure on the negative posts and as neat as you want them to be.
5. The fuse side is numbered. With the same size small ring connectors, attach the positive lead from your accessory to the number on the fuse panel you want.
6. You can either attach another ring connector on top of the one you just installed onto another wire, then to wire that new wire to your switch. Another way is to connect your positive lead and a separate pigtail into the ring connector on the fuse block, then run the pig tail to the switch.
It may take a little tinkering, but the result is FAR WORTH the effort. I would also strongly recommend the Blue Sea Easy ID Fuses. If you blow a fuse, it has a small LED that lights up letting you know that you lost that fuse.
