I may have liked it if the mirror was not so convexed, but with these mirrors I can see behind myself on both sides by looking in just one mirror. But with that everything is MUCH closer than it appears. One more thing, I would have liked is if the mirrors came with the proper size hex wrenches to mount them.
BTW, if you're looking for a good way to cut away the end of the handle grips I would recommend a stepping drill bit (Like this... http://amzn.com/B000FZ2UOY). It will drill away the rubber or plastic grips quickly and leave you with a very clean finish. I saw a lot of folks just cutting away the grips using a razor knife and it looked really bad and in some cases they needed to put on new grips. This method worked VERY well for me. Good luck on your project!
The little bit of extra work involved getting the mount part to expand against the inside of the bar - had to pre-bend the four 'wings' because they don't bend easily if you try to tighten them in the bar. And one of the mirrors was a little loose - the part where the little arm mounts to the back of the mirror. It would vibrate and causing the image in the mirror to be blurry. I applied a thin line of clear epoxy to the bottom of the point where the arm meets the back of the mirror and that did the trick.
Those two things almost cost the product a star but because they are so darned cheap and they are still awesome, five stars!

1.) Take off old bar ends (Usually a nut holding them, my bike, it was just a rubber piece stuffed in that I pulled out with vicegrips.
2.) Stick the mirror in the end of the bar
3.) Tighten the allen-head bolt down
4.) Adjust the mirrors and tighten down the smaller allen-heads
These have a nut on the other end that pushes against an aluminum casing that expands as you tighten the bolt down. You gotta crank on the bolt hard, but it will stay in there. They don't vibrate while riding.
This is my second pair. My first pair, from a different vendor, had both mirrors convex. I actually ended up dropping my bike and broke the left hand mirror, so I ordered this set. I love this set more!
The left side is a normal mirror, and the right side is convex, like a car. (Ever notice the text on the passenger side mirror that says 'Objects in mirror may appear further'? That's because your passenger mirror is convex so you have a wider field of view.)
