Fits perfectly on my 2015 Tundra with Tekonsha Prodigy controller. Simple install. They have moved the connector in the 2015 Tundra from where it used to be next to the main wiring harness to up in the dash in the panel to the right of the steering wheel. Still easy to access and connect.

The Amazon figment guide is wrong on this, it will fit the 2016 and newer Tacoma. Using this I was able able to move my Tekonsha P2 over from my old truck in about 20 minutes. The plug on the truck can sometimes be tricky to find, its behind a wire bundle under the drivers side kick panel. A nice write up on tacomaworld.com helped with location and how to access it.
