I have a 5.5 foot short bed Ford F-150. Note this product does not come with mounting hardware , but a quick trip to the Hardware store for 18 stainless steel tapered head bolts, lock washers and matching nuts and I was ready to install it. Unfortunately, the hardware store did not have the bolts in black so the bolt heads are kind of more noticeable but since this system is much cheaper than similar systems I saw online, I think I can live with that. You will need a steel drill bit (1/4" bit) and possibly a pliers and a screw driver. I have a cover for my truck bed and this system in no way interferes with my bed cover. The anchors are removable and / or can be slid in 1 inch increments ensuring that your anchor is where you need it depending on the load you are securing.

I think everyone has passed a guy on the street who has lost all or part of his pickup load - DON'T BE THAT GUY... get this product!

I spent a long time looking for something to put in my truck for additional tie downs. Years ago I had taken the roof rack off an old SUV to use as a bed track for tie-downs and I was looking for something similar. I find it so strange that there are not more products like this one. Hours of scouring the internet at popular car accessory websites and digging through Amazon. All the products like this one, seemed awfully expensive for what they were. So I settled for this one, didn't see any reason to spend alot of money on something so simple.
As others have mentioned the tracks don't come with hardware. Seems like the seller/manufacture could add a couple bolts and locking nuts to complete their package, wouldn't cost more then $1, but I quick run to the hardware store was all I needed. They mounted perfectly on sides of my 2018 Ram 1500 Bed Rails. They are pretty thin in depth, so they don't interfere with anything, and blend in very well with the spray on bedliner, and black plastic Dodge uses on the bedrails. Installation was easy, mount tracks on Bed rails, clamp down with some C-Clamps, Pre Drill each hole, and install with counter sinked nuts and a nylon locking bolt. At 1st I looked to get black nuts, but then just bought silver ones, to contrast with the Silver Paint Job on the Truck. I gotta admit I think they look pretty good. I bought some extra rings, and store them in my Truck Box, when not in use, to prevent people from taking them. I haven't tied down a heavy load yet, just used for cargo net, but I don't see any reason these couldn't handle some serious weight.
So bottom line, they seem to work as described, a little difficult to install rings with one hand, especially if its cold/wet outside, but overall seems to work fine. Will update if the powder coat starts to ware off in time. But overall a great purchase, just wish it was more like $40 for the pair.

Very nice, easy to install and looked good. Would recommend buying the hardware mounting kit. You need one package for each 4 ft. strip. I had a problem with one of the tie downs, their customer support replied an hour after I sent an email. They were very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend the tracks and the company.

I installed these in the bed of my Tacoma. The double cab short bed has really short bed rails and these worked perfectly allowing me to pretty much tie down anything awkward I may load up. There is no installation hardware, but nothing a trip to the local bolt and nut supply house of your choice doesn't fix. They are a little over engineered for me, mounting holes are quite close together, but I really like that. You will need a taper headed bolt, 1/4" diameter and however long you need plus a 1/4" for the thickness of these rails. I highly recommend them, cheap and sturdy!

This kit is terrible. I have been buying other track from Amazon and decided to try this kit because it was already black and came with some mounting rings.

The kit is described as having holes on 4" centers, that is incorrect, they are about 5 7/8" centers, not 6" mind you, but some weird metric size. Not going to hit studs in a trailer wall that is on 16" centers.

Second the black is some cheap paint, not anodize, it was chipped already when I got it.

The scallops are also not 1" on center, probably 25mm. This is not a huge problem unless you are trying to match it up with some of the quality stuff and then your pattern is all off.

I'm sending the junk back. Do not buy this, there are plenty of good kits out there for similar money.

I used these in the bed of my pickup truck along the top of the bed rails. It works great but I highly recommend against using the hardware kit Amazon recommends. They're cheap and strip out very very easily. Pick up some Phillips flat-head machine screws and washers from your local store.
