The inner baffle has broken loose from the welds, and is rattling around insid the muffler.

I was not sure that I wanted to use this when I got it. The welds around the muffler looked thin, narrow. There was no bead. No width that would insure weld penetration of both the main tube of the muffler, and the ends. I was suspect of its ability hold together. The outside has held together fine so far. The welds that I could not see ae the ones that failed. The inner baffle has broken loose, and is rattling around inside the muffler. I have just sent a message to the seller to see about any warranty coverage. I will give them a reasonable time to get back to me. The selling company did not make the part so I have no complaint about them or their service at this time. I do like the sound of the muffler, and I am willing to give it one more shot if the manufacturer will cover/replace it. Just keep in mind my problem is with the item, not with the seller. The seller worked with me on shipping. They quickly responded to my questions about the part before I placed the order. I would use them again, even if this item is not covered by the manufacturer. I just may not buy things made by that manufacturer anymore at that point.

This is a beauty. Very well made product. I installed this on my 09 Tacoma 2.7. It rips. Definitely recommend. I ran 2 1/4" into it and stock 2 3/8" out the back. Nice crisp sound on the low gears and no drone while cruising. Absolutely the way to go on Tacomas.
