We've used this brand of diaper rash cream for both of our girls. We've used both the original and this one, the heavier duty one. Both a great, but this one is a little more robust if you have a diaper rash that doesn't want to go away. It definitely helps when my littles ones are irritated. My toddler had a bad rash after eating something. She was upset and obviously in pain, but when I'd apply this she'd calm down and would communicate that she felt better. It was even more reassuring to me to know it really was helping even if the rash was pesky and stuck around for a day on and off. It can be used as a preventative or as a treatment. Love this product and highly recommend it to parents looking for a diaper cream.
