I replaced the original equipment T5 lamps (number "11" in the attached image) with these LED bulbs. There were issues:The Good:- These LED bulbs are sold as a 10-pack;- The base is made of hard plastic;- Snug fit of LED; firm support of contacts; and, tight with within the instrument cluster circuit board--all important qualities that resist vibration. The Bad:- Some LEDs do not work- Assembly of this product IS required. The package contains two small bags: one contains the LEDs, the other, the bases ("sockets").- Neither base nor LED is marked with polarity. My advice: Shop around. While 10 T5 LEDs at this price seems attractive, caveat emptor (of course). It is likely not all 10 LEDs will work. And given this fact, there is little reassurance that those LEDs that 'do' work will continue 'to' work for their purported thousands of hours. Better, albeit more expensive, T5 products are available. If you do use this product, I recommend you test each LED for light prior to assembly; and then mark the polarity of each base 'before' installing. Don't skip either step.

Look great, easy to install in my 2000 Jeep Wrangler TJ gauge cluster.

Only needed 5 so I have spares - the new bases were a nice touch but feel cheaper than stock.

They are directional so test before you put the dash back together and if they don't light up, turn them around and check the connections before assuming them bad.

For those with TJ's, these only fit the gauges, you need http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KVXTSEK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 for the climate controls.

Pros:
- Work well
- Cheap enough
- Bright
- New bases
- Pleasantly surprised that there are no bright and dark spots on the gauges

Cons:
- Mildly cheap feeling
- Don't dim (However I didn't expect them to dim)

I'll update if I have issues in the future, but with 5 spares, it's likely I won't have a problem.

I installed two of these bulbs in my 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid in the shifter and glove box. They went in easily and are super bright white. I really like them as they make the two areas look really nice and more premium. I would highly recommend them if you have Camry of this generation as if they burn out, you have 8 spares.

Used these to replace the instrument cluster lights on my 2000 Honda CR-V. Install was fairly easy, some were harder to turn than other but I think that I'd more to do with the cluster than the light itself.
Lights are very bright and look good for everything but turn signal and check engine lights. They're just too bright for those.

I purchased these for the hvac controls backlighting in my 1995 Subaru Impreza. My application requires 3 bulbs. The first 3 bulbs I grabbed worked just fine and give off a nice white light. I have not tried any of the remaining bulbs but I'd imagine they'll be just fine as replacements. Remember: If the bulb doesn't work the first time, remove it, spin it around and install it the other way. I also took a little extra time to bend the little metal contact tabs out a bit to ensure solid contact.

The light output is plenty bright, but unfortunately, it is not very wide. In applications in which the bulbs are a bit further from the gauge faces or there are many bulbs to light one area, perhaps these would work better, but in a situation where the bulbs are somewhat close, they just can't compare to a standard bulb. The light is too directed and results in the part of the gauge face directly in front of the bulb being fantastically illuminated and the other areas around it being somewhat dim. To me, that's their only shortcoming. Other than that, solid LEDs and I'm happy with my purchase.

The holders don't fit in my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee they require some fidgeting to work. Initially, I replaced all the bulbs in the dash piece only to reassemble everything and find out many of the lights weren't working. After taking the dash piece back off, I was able to get some bulbs working by rotating and wiggling the bulbs. When they work they shine brightly and work well.

A better install would have been to use the originally metal bulb clips and just replace the old bulbs with the new LED bulbs - tossing the new plastic bulb holder clips. Sadly the old metal ones are in the trash. I have 90% of the bulbs working and intend to spend a Saturday morning wiggling bulbs until they all work with a solid connection. Once lit, they stay lit and seem to do well.

Ended up buying two packs to cover the whole dash. I would hesitate to buy these again without the original clips to retrofit and would only recommend them to other shoppers if they intend to use the bulbs and not the clips.

Used these for our 2002 Dodge caravan, the fit and work great. Installation was pretty easy and straight forward, I was able to get them in polarity correct. The are easy enough to rotate around if the are installed incorrectly. I installed a bulb, checked it and went to the next one to make sure they worked and were in the correct polarity, doing this in the evening or in a garage where you can turn off the lights helps.
The lamps do dim with the panel switch, but are still somewhat bright. Attached are before and after photos.

These were extremely easy to install in a 2006 Chrysler Town and Country Touring minivan. It took about 15 minutes to remove the instrument cluster, pull the old bulbs, install the new ones, adjust the polarity on a few that were backwards, and get the instrument cluster reinstalled in the dash. You don't even have to unplug the harness for the instrument cluster. Just pull it out and lay it face down on the top of the steering column to access the bulbs. Swap all eight bulbs and turn on your headlights and you will be able to see from the back of the instrument cluster which bulbs are installed backwards and not lit up. Simply pull those bulbs, flip them 180 degrees two, and reinstall to make proper connection. These are worth every penny. My instruments are now vibrant and very easy to see without being too bright and creating a distraction while driving.

UPDATE: 11/20/18 Two of these lights have already burned out so I'm revising my review to one star. These are junk.
