HHIP T-Slot Nuts & Bolts

HHIP T- slot nuts are high-strength hardened nuts, machined to fit in a specific machine-table T slot & give maximum bearing surface in the table slot. Available in sizes for inch or metric machine-table slots, each with a choice of thread sizes. The T-slot nut is mated with a stud, clamp, & nut to position & secure workpieces. The T-slot nut slides along a T-slot track in a machine tool table or workbench. A T-slot bolt allows quicker set ups and are generally stronger than a T-slot nut & stud.

  • The dimension of the T-slot nut is the width at the top of the T-slot.
  • Both the nuts & the bolts have a black oxide finish.
  • T-Slot nuts are case hardened, heat treated 1040 steel.
  • T-Slot bolts have a milled T-slot guide.
  • T-Slot bolts are heat treated to HRC 36-40.

I’ve had more consistent quality from this brand in my previous purchases of tooling, so I guess someone had an off-day. It happens. Getting a replacement, but it’s a bother having to send the defective one back and waiting for the replacement to arrive.
