First time using this cutter that I seen on a YouTube channel to cut small hoses for my automatic can crusher. The cutter made a smooth clean cut. The second time. Great tool. I recommend it. Sharp blade as well. Does have a locking position for safety and to put in your tool box.
I found out For best results is to use both hands while cutting what ever product that you need to cut. One to hold the product you want to cut for example and the other to apply pressure on the cutter. Also make sure to hold the hose straight as possible so that when you go to make your cut by applying pressure on the circular spot on the top of the cutter.
Watch your finger it does have a sharp blade. Keep out of reach of young children so they don’t play with it and cut there self being curious of what the cutter does.
