installed fast. Instructions were limited but not complex. No need for brake line extender on my truck. With windows down, you can hear the shocks in action. There is a very (VERY) quiet koosh. -shoop, koosh- shoop sound. At first it almost sounded like a loose washer jingling. Not any defect, just neat sound effects that no one else in the truck can even notice. I would buy these shocks again. Truck is 2012 Toyota Tacoma DC short bed TRD off road with firm tires. 70K miles at time of replacement of factory shocks. This truck rides soo much better. No exaggeration. it felt unsafe before new shocks so much I would not let my wife or kid drive it. Now it tracks well and no longer skips around the freeway bumps/seams at 70 mph..

Chose these for my 2016 Tacoma as the factory shocks were pretty much worn out. They are day to night noticeably better than the old ones.
Fit was perfect, just not sure about not including boots to protect the shafts while face low, specially the right side as its forward and vulnerable to rocks. May get boots for them.
