    I purchased this radio wiring interface to help install a new Pioneer head unit into my 2007 Toyota 4Runner (non-JBL). I soldered this interface to the wire harness included with my new head unit. The Crux interface claims it “Retains factory features in select Toyota vehicles while functioning with an aftermarket radio.” I’m able to use the volume up/down and skip/seek but the “mode” which would select aux, radio or CD etc. on my steering wheel no longer functions. I understand it would be extremely difficult given the many options of the multitude of manufacturers options but someone may find this annoying. Not a big deal to me.
