Customers are mixed about the performance of the pump sprayer. Some mention that it works well, while others say that it still wouldn't work good. While it worked, they found it very frustrating to operate due to 3 issues: the Hose attachment did not work with fluid film, the extension tubes wouldn' t work for them, and they are too short.
"coated the inside of my Silverado frame with this. Worked very well but a tiny bit flimsy." Read more
"...Overall, for a gun I plan to use a couple times a year, it worked great. If I was planning to use it more, I'd probably look for a better gun." Read more
"The spray gun itself worked great but could not get it to work with the extention nozzle it only put a thin coating in the hose but never came out..." Read more
"...I used the to spray PB Blaster Surface Shield. It works fine with the regular spray nozzle...." Read more
Customers are mixed about the mist flow of the pump sprayer. Some mention that it works great for spraying fluid film, while others say that it's unable to depress the pin. The long tubes spray a little slow, and the gun discharges an extremely heavy spray. The extension hoses don't flow well at all, no matter the pressure adjustment.
"...Rarely got any material to spray out of the nozzle until I drilled the holes open. Even then very little material would come out...." Read more
"Worked well to apply Fluid Film. I didn't think it would push the mayonnaise consistency material through the gun, but I was wrong, it sprayed well...." Read more
"...Hoses work but you must go quite slowly as they greatly reduce the flow of material. The lid is easy to over tighten and push past the ramps...." Read more

Customers are mixed about the ease of use of the pump sprayer. Some mention it's nice easy to use and really easy to set up, while others say that it seemed harder to use than it needed to be. They say that the hoses for the door do not work, the trigger was so loose it was impossible to use, and there were no included instructions at all. Overall, opinions are mixed, and it'd be best to read the reviews carefully before making a purchase.

Worse, If there's any back pressure from the extension nozzle at all, the pressure goes into the bottle instead, and pops it off the inadequate screw threads, making a huge mess. Since it didn't even come with the metal screw on bottle, I had to resort to using an HDX bottle from home depot, but of course the plastic threads slipped off many times resulting in a huge mess and waste of expensive rust proofer. Good luck finding an aluminum screw on bottle - the only one in Amazon is the SEM 71004 SCHUTZ bottle for $18.
The plastic tube extension nozzle that comes with it is so loose on the brass fittings that it pops off easily, again making a mess. I had to put hose clamps on both ends to keep it from falling off. Finally, it is completely non-adjustable, the little dial on the so-called regulator just turns it on or off, even if you screw it all the way out it doesn't get any more powerful. I wish I had just spent the extra money to order the real brand name one.
You cannot beat the value for this Sprayer.
Only downside is the trigger is sloppy. It moves side to side too much. You must make sure the trigger is straight.
