This thing saved me a plumber bill. Removed gunk from a sink drain like a charm. Pro tip: Wear gloves! Get disposable gloves because you probably aren't going to like what comes out of your drain. The tool feels kind of cheap, but it works. If you have grip strength issues this is going to be a hard tool for you to use. You may have to ask someone with better grip strength to help you get the job done. I threw away the plastic drain snake looking thing that comes with this. It seemed like cheap plastic and I didn't want it to break apart and get stuck in my drain.

I had high hopes it would work as shown, but was skeptical.... My bathroom sink was clogged & water was filling up, making a mess as it slowly drained. I received this in 1 day and tried it as soon as I got it and it WORKED IMMEDIATELY!!! It fit down the drain, was very flexible and I pushed it as far as it would go (without forcing) and pressed the plunger part to open the "claws", pulled it out and there was a HUGE clump of hair, just like in the video! One time, literally like 10 seconds and my sink was perfect!!! This is definitely worth the $$$ and works exactly as described. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!!

I was able to unclog the drain needed with the plastic piece that came with this. However, the claw grab feature was not worth buying. I would have returned it but it had been down a sink drain and I didn’t think that was good to return something like this that has been used. It does not grab anything so is worthless. It is always to use too. I saw the plastic type piece at the $1.25 store this week so I wish I had seen that first cause that’s the most it was worth.
