Great and quick feedback and received return label same day I advised the item I received couldn’t be used because it was the wrong size. Regardless of the unfortunate unusable item they were quick to respond and initiated a full return. Sometimes the sender has no control of what is in the packaging from a supplier, however I feel a better verification process from the sender needs to be conducted before an order is sent. This saves time and money for all parties.
