Rack missing some foam washers, seller said that's what comes with the rack. Instructions were not very clear. Rack holes were off by 1/4 inch in several directions on both racks. Very difficult to align the holes. Difficult to adjust the swing arms. Did not fit cleanly. Spend the extra money and don't buy cheap junk!
