    Very pleased!

    Product was well packaged and received in a timely manner with no damage. These were a lot bigger and stronger than I expected, which is a plus. Very solid. I have a two wheel drive and these look as if they belong on a TRD Pro, but that’s not an issue with me either since I plan on getting black TRD wheels to complimenting the bars. I love how they look! Installation was very simple and only took me about thirty minutes to do it by myself. If you are installing solo like I did, I recommend to lay on your back under the truck and lengthways with it. Lay the bar on top of your body and lengthways with you. Use your legs and hands to lift and maneuver the bar into position, then install the bolts. Oh, and these had a very solid price point too. It was still a lot for me to spend personally ...

    Huge mistake

    Good stuff first: it does fit, the holes are in the right place, installation is not complicated with a couple of jack stands. Now bad. The alabama patriotic star design is in the eyes of the beholder, and I am NOT the right beholder. This is subjective, and I did see the pictures so it's my fault. Objectively, they flex under my (!!!) weight and I am 170 (lbs - in America speak American, not kilograms). Second, the very first bolt snapped under minimal torque. No, I did not use power tools, and the last bolt I broke was 30 years ago - I know perfectly well what a 10mm bolt feels like. Imagine my excitement - take everything apart, drill the darn thing out.... Bottom line: this is a jeep thing that doesn't belong on Toyota.

    Nice Steps!

    The Tyger side steps/nerf bars are a great alternative to the OEM running boards that are available. They were easy to install with the help of jack stands (or another person) and look great on the 4Runner. They not only provide a step up for shorter individuals but they look good to and give off that off-road look without having to install sliders at more than double the cost. Please note these will not protect your vehicle like sliders and install on the body not the frame.

    Heavy duty steps that look great.

    The steps are well made and extremely sturdy. Although the box arrived damaged and repaired with tape, the steps were well protected inside the box and did not have any damage. Installation was easy, but challenging, because I didn't have the patience to wait until someone could help me. Getting them on alone is tricky and would have been easier with another person. For prospective buyers, keep in mind these steps bolt to the body and not the frame. They are not sliders and are not intended to be used as such. The only drawback to these steps is because they stick out as far as they do, which provides protection and access benefits, getting in and out of the vehicle without using them is difficult.

    Great quality and shipped within a week.

    The running boards seem to be of great quality and finish. The fit was great and install was very straight forward and easy. They fit perfectly on my 2010 Trail I'm not sure that I like them, but that's a subjective matter. They seem to stick out past the body a bit far for my taste. I gave them a 5 star review because of the initial quality and they were as advertised.
