Got front diff vibration when lift was installed but it's now gone

2010 TRD Off Road 4WD

I installed an OME 2.5" lift on my 10' TRD off road with 52,000 miles and got the low speed front diff vibration that will go away in 4wd. After a month and maybe 500 miles the vibration is almost gone now. I have not done anything to it, it still vibrates but almost unnoticeable unless you are a looking for it.

Has anyone had this experience?
