I just bought a schrader valve torque pound inch screwdriver. Does any one know the torque inch pounds on the firestone air bag scrader valves? It says 3 to 5 in/lbs. on TRC1 valve cores but i didnt know if it was the same.

Since i put theses air bags i found out that too tight schrader valves makes them leak and super loose makes then not leak.

The guy who sold me this scraper torque screwdriver said it was adjustable but I think it ia non. I think it is only factory set for 3-5 inches pounds industry standard for all schrader valves.

As soon as you feel resistance/stops turning, stop tightening. They don't need to be tight at all.

    Snug at best.
