so basicly if you throw some shock under a truck like that it will be good to go? or shock and coils and the whole 9 yards?

Trucks are supposed to be low on the front to compensate for heavy loads in the bed.

If they were all level... And you loaded the bed, the rear would squat and you'd run out of suspension travel and perhaps even hit the bumps stops (not good)

I've got that one thing, and that other one thing, oh yeah and that other other one thing.
All of this, and it's normally tilted down and to the driver side as that side see's more weight on a day to day basis. Cars do it too, just a little less noticeable.

This. It's the rake they come with. When people get "leveling kits" it raises the front end up a few inches to make the truck even.

My first gen did it badly- I cannot see it on my 2007 though. On my 04, it leaned on the left side due to: 1. battery, 2. driver, 3. gas tank and tubes, 4. other stuff I'm probably missing. There was more stuff on the left side at any given moment so it leaned left on level ground.
