Troubleshooting P0010 Code Cam Position Actuator A Bank 1 Ckt Malfunction.

Before I replace my Oil Control Valve, AKA: Variable Timing Silinoid Valve,
I would like to test it. I think I read in a post on here about how many
decibels to measure and to put 12 Volts on it somehow to test the silinoid
    itself.

I also read that the OCV screen can be dirty as well.. Not sure where the screen is, and I'm guessing that the OCV Sensor is on the end of the OCV itself.

I am also wondering where the VVT Sensor is? Anyone know that one?
Are they talking about the camshaft position sensor or the crank shaft position sensor?

Basically I need to test the OCV, and the VVT both the sensors and check the OCV screen.

Anyone have any advice for me? Thanks in advance...

Everything great after my timing chain replacement.. just this check engine light now and I SEE THE LIGHT!!!!!!! (in a good way) like as in @ the end of the tunnel.... :)
