I did clear the P0420 code, but I didn't fix the root issue.

I had purchased a new downstream O2 sensor a while back (after replacing the upstream sensor) but I never got it installed due to the nature of it's position behind a little heat shield which makes it difficult to get to, and the extremely deteriorated condition of the nuts/mounting studs.

Replacing the downstream sensor appears (to me) to be a job to be done when the truck is ready for new exhaust (or at least the mid-section).
Rockauto has one for $16.82, I found one through Advanced Auto for $39)

The frame was replaced in August - October (yes, it took that long) of 2014, so it's not on the report, but I do have the paperwork from Performance Toyota of LaVista where the swap was done.

I have a few pics which I snapped this afternoon:

Do to poor lighting conditions, I haven't gotten a good underbelly shot of the entire truck.
I'm on a short timeline this evening and I'm about to kick Google Photos in the balls.
Gimme until this weekend and I'll try to post up better pics.

I also managed to peel back the inspection cover on the timing this evening...

    IMAG1076_feaca3e7e76413d3f75e3507b45e9cffc02ce93b.jpg

I'd say it WAS replaced at some point before I bought it @ 145393 miles.
The basis for my opinion comes from seeing old timing belts on Subarus -
they tend to get shiny and cracked when they get old - this one has that newer texture to it.

I have a pic from the other side as well, but again Google+ is being a total PITA for me. I'll try again later. :frusty:

    Here it is:

Someone asked me if the truck had any rust.
It does have a bit on the bottoms of the front and rear driver's side doors on the inside but it can be halted with a bit of care.

I have done annual claybar + wax treatments for the 2 years I've owned the truck. There are minor paint chips & scratches here & there, but nothing out of the ordinary.
I do have a small dent with about a 1" scratch on the side of the bed where I dinged the truck with the pedal of my mountain bike.

    [place holder for pic]

The control arms & spindles, leaf springs, rear axle housing, etc. all have surface rust on them from midwest winters, but the frame itself does not.
I'll take some pics and post up by the weekend.

At $12k, this is a solid deal. Very clean, reasonable mileage, unmolested beyond a light lift and a new frame to top it off? I'm surprised it's been FS for so long... GLWS

I brought the truck in to the garage to try and get better view of the timing belt this evening...

    nothing cool
Without having all the documentaion I'd be leary of your truck to buy. But looks like you have everything listed in detail and that's awesome. Great looking truck and IMO a good price for it. Good luck man. I still can't get over just how clean it looks.

    THIS TRUCK IS SOLD!

Thanks for all for the interest, compliments and well-wishes.
    I'm now officially a car guy :(

Sold my truck this weekend and sold my motorcycle last fall.

I'll get my 5th Toyota truck when I get back on my feet in a new career.
