I have an 2010 OR acces cab and will mount my OME shock with 884 ASAP. I'm thinking to get a front and rear plate bumper next year and going to adjust my front coil as needed. I found the Drakar will lift 2.75'' and the ironman 2'', all with no load. Both are suppose to handle well the load as I will tow a camper next summer.

I'm wondering how much the drakar leaf pack will sag under a rear plate bumper.

Anyone with a Ironman leaf pack have installed a rear plate bumper ? What was the effect to add a rear plate bumper on the lift?
I heard from other post the ironman didn't have vibe issue at all.

I'm juggling with the leaf pack option: OME Drakar or Iromman 4x4. Currently I can get a better price on the Drakar and will have to import the Ironman to Canada if I choose them. I don't worry about importing stuff to Canada, it just take more $ form my pocket.

    thanks, Martin

The Dakar leaf pack has an additional "add a leaf" available if you install it and find that it sags more than you want under your load.

I ended up adding it later after plate bumper with spare tire carrier, and tools carried in the bed.

Now I can fill what's left of the bed (the part not filled with toolbox) with firewood and not have it come anywhere near the bumpstops.

    Some stuff...
I'll let you know here real soon. I have the Dakar rear leafs with overload and will be installing my AllPro rear bumper in the next few days.

But I don't expect much sag. I hauled a bed full of mulch last year and the Dakar's hardly budged.

    enough to go over stuff
There isnt much sag on the dakar leaf pack with a plate bumper. when you add a swingout then you should get the add a leaf for the dakars.

if you replace it with a standard plate bumper without swing outs and such, there isn't much of a weight difference between plate bumper vs stock bumper/tow package.

Sorry not to thread jack, but I have a SOS rear bumper on order, and have a camper shell. I was real curious about this. I feel like mine sags with just the cap- stock leaves with a AAL.

However, I will be removing the trailer hitch because it has the integrated one, so I figured that would save a bit of weight.

    Thoughts?
