McNeil Glass

I was just wondering if anyone has ordered anything from McNeil here lately? I ordered some fenders a few days ago and they have charged me for it but I have not gotten a email for confirmation. I have tired to contact them several times (emailed and called) to ask what was going on. If i get my fenders then awesome, I would just like to see some kind of confirmation. I did a bunch of research on them before I ordered and everyone had nothing but good thing to say about them and how they had awesome customer service. Am i just one of the rare occasions that gets the cold shoulder? Any input would be great.

When I was looking I tried them first cuz I liked the look. I got ahold of them once in like 2 weeks, figured if they didnt care about business then I didnt either. took a gamble with Hanneman Fiberglass fenders and it was the best decision ever. I get the most compliments on them from others with every other brand. The customer service was great and the fitment was good. You should definitely look into them. I highly recommend them over anyone else but customer service is a huge deal to me. Check out my pics for the alignment and detail they put into their product.

 

Yeah those do look nice but I really like the 3x3 fenders they make
