I went to Discount tire to get some 16 inch MB TKOs put on the truck mainly for appearance reasons. They happened to be out of stock and the guy showed me the American Outlaw Regulators. In person they looked great - much better than online.

He dropped the price to the same as the TKOs and that's what I went with. He also gave me a credit for the stock tires, which had 500 miles on them and I replaced them with BFG Longtrail in 275/75/16 to fill out the wheel wells a bit. That and the stock Dunlops already seemed a bit loud.

Anyway, when I picked up the truck it looked great imo. But, it's pretty obvious that the offset puts the wheels out a bit.

Will that offset change create issues? I'm not sure if they will clear the front fenders if compressed hard, not that the truck will see any off-road to speak of.

Also, the steering feels different. Not bad, but a little heavier.

    Any insights would be appreciated.
