13 DC TRD Off Road NBM

I checked my truck over the weekend and was actually wrong in my original post. My 13' looks exactly like O.P.'s pic, when no one is in the seat.

When I have a passenger, the word "ON" lights up under "Passenger Airbag", so I would say it's normal.
