    My truck is a '14 TRD:OR 4x4 DCSB.

I'm looking to increase suspension travel, add a little to the ride height, but maintain or improve street handling.

Additionally, I don't want to have to remove/cut my stock body panels.

FWIW, a camper shell and plate rear bumper are in the near future, with a plate front/winch being eventual, but later. I'd prefer to buy once and be done, unless that will make my front setup suck until I add the plate bumper.

    Truck is about 80% city/20% dirt/sand/not pavement.

Wheels/tires are currently stock, but planning to go larger when they wear out.

I'm currently deployed, so I have several months yet until this will be done.

Finally, I'd prefer for it to be bolt on, as I don't have the tools for frame cutting welding.

    Thank you!

Icon stage 3 is a good start for what you want to do. The cutting will come into play when you make tire/wheel selection.

    A 265x70r16 = no cutting
A 255x85r16 = very little cutting of plastic if any. I think this will change if you get a Toyo MTR in this size because its diameter is over a 33 where the cooper is a 32.7

Anything over a 285x75r16 and you are looking at a CMC and some pinch weld beating when you add weight of plate bumper and skids.

If you are keeping a shell I will assume you may be a camper. If you are loading up the rear the ICON progressive 3 pack may not be enough. If you tow or load up for extended trips look into an expo pack.

I think I gave you enough to chew on now. Take a look at my build as its progressing and a few of the guys on their like loco to see just how far you can go.

    Thanks for your service!

Removing the front anti-sway bar will let your suspension travel a bit more.

Something I hadn't thought of, but:

Will my stock wheels and tires work with this? Will I all of a sudden have backspace issues?
