the previous owner of my tuck installed a muffler. unknown what kind. it sounded good until the welds broke.

as usual on Tacoma world one thing leads to another and now im looking into a whole exhaust system including y pipes!

    I have a 2007 Tacoma 4.0 dcsb 6speed.
i live in ny and need to pass our emissions test every year.

i have read through urds web site and it states that it eliminates the rear cats. it also states that you can still install the rear 02 sensors and they will not throw a check engine light for various reasons. this leads me to my main question

can i have a urd y pipe installed and still pass inspection?

    if not.
who sells a y pipe that is compatible.

Does NY do visual inspections along with OBDII?

Sometimes they put it up on a lift and look around, sometimes they don't.
