When the engine is at normal operating temperature the air that blows from the cab vents is always slightly warm even if Temperature dial is set to coldest setting. Even if it is cool outside and the Temperature dial is set to the coldest postion (but AC not on) the blower air is noticibly warm. Is this normal for the 2015 Tacomas. Anyone else experience the same thing?

That's about right. I think the engine has a 195 degree thermostat that will keep it blowing warm. I don't know if it's possible or advised where you live to change out to a 160 degree thermostat but where I live, I like it just the way it is.

Maybe the blend door isn't moving completely or it's leaking air past? I wouldn't say mine is warm at all when in the cold position with ac off.

On my 2009 Tacoma the heat isn't turned off completely until the dial is down in the air conditioning part of the range.

Thanks to all above for their imput. I think I will bring it up with the dealer when it goes in for its 10K check.

Also - my understanding is that unlike previous era Tacomas there is no longer a user operated flow control valve that controls hot coolent flow through the heater core based on the temp dial position. In current models the heater core is always getting full flow and that cab temp is only controlled by an air mixing system. Is this correct?
