Got my skid yesterday, but the hardware bag had a whole in it from shipping. Can anyone else tell me what I am missing? I had:

2-8mm bolts about 2 inches long
    1-8mm nut
    2-8mm lock nuts
5-10 or 12 mm flat washers.

If I can figure out what was missing, I will go to the hardware store and pick it up so I can get this thing mounted. Thanks!

How much to get the skid powder coated? I had you PC my 3 piece skid previously. Glad to find the gas tank skid is finally out. Interested in the 3/16 version to match my other pieces.

I'd recommend that you rattle can it if you plan to wheel it. If you get any dents, dings or scratches, it's easy to repair if it's rattle canned.

I considered getting my skids and sliders powdercoated but I'm glad I didn't. After a year of wheeling, they were beat up and with winter and road salt approaching, repainting is easy and mandatory with a rattle can.

Don't wheel much. But when I am in the woods, I wanna make sure I have enough "armor" to get back out in one piece. Since I won't be rubbing my skids often, PC is a nicer option for me. For the frequent road warriors, I'd agree with you on the paint option.

I don't have any 3/16" left, but after the new year I may be able to make more of these. I still have 1 1/8" left.

I got my 1/8" today and these things are still beefy. My 3 piece skids are also 1/8" and have held up well.
