Has anyone ever heard from Brian or received your order in the last few months? I placed an order over 2 months ago and I've been unable to make solid contact with him 90% of the time. I noticed the last time he's posted on these forums was in August of last year, too. I haven't gotten any responses back from his email or phone.

He may be going through a rough time.. that's fine and I can understand that, but some kind of contact or explanation would be nice if my order is going to be delayed a little more. If it's going to take even longer, I'd just like a refund of my ~$500.

Update: Got a phone call from Brian with updates on what's been going on. He explained the situation and why things were. I feel more reassured now and don't mind waiting a few more weeks. Still looking forward to finally get a set of his sliders on my truck.

Update 2 (May 7th): Still nothing from Brian. It's almost 8 months (~32 weeks) now and I still haven't received my sliders. I HIGHLY suggest no one buy anything from this vendor that still seems to be MIA, especially on these very forums that is his target audience. Over $500 down the drain that I'll never get back.

Update 3 (July 20): DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS VENDOR -- unless you know him personally or through a friend because that seems to be the only way you'll get your order.

Apparently he is going through some stuff currently, I don't know the details but something has happened. Just to give you guys an idea though, I have been waiting on my notch kit since the beginning of October...

Well over 40 weeks now and no sliders. I've given up a long time ago and can't get the money back but I still highly suggest no one buy anything from this vendor. I've already went with sliders from All-Pro that I received (custom with options, too) within 2 weeks to my door from Montana to California ..yet Brian lives at most a hour North from me.

@sean266 @chris4x4 why do we keep people like this as vendors when there are so many good people that want to get in? 40 weeks and the guy couldn't get updates?

Yeah and lets not forget Elite Off-Road either or anybody else that has done the same thing. I mean really, we completely ridicule the guy for the headlamp fiasco but yet we continue to keep these guys on the vendor list. It's like TW is recommending them by keeping them on the list and some of them have been much worse thieves than the headlamp guy!

I myself appreciate you looking into this Chris

We are going to place a message on the top of his vendor sub-forum advising not to purchase from him until staff can reach him.
