My 2002 v6 Tacoma is giving me trouble codes. p0120 and po136.

The first time I got the po120 it took me to bank one O2 sensor two. I found the nuts had rusted off and the sensor was just rattleing around in the hole in the exhaust pipe. I bought a new sensor and gasket, rethreaded the studs and reinstalled the sensor. Also replaced the spark plugs ( it was time) Turned the trouble code off and it seemed fine for a while. Then is set two more codes. po102 again and po136. The po136 is the TPS A circuit. I put an ohm meter on the tps and it seems to be in specs.
I just noticed a small hole and exhaust leak (slight) in the muffler.

Any idea where I go with this without just being a parts changer?

    Thanks for your help

An exhaust gas leak can cause the P0136 code. For the P0120, try cleaning the throttle body. I heard that can usually cure it. If not, the TPS is bad. They're around $60.
