In the most recent 24 hours we've had formally around a foot of snow....though we gauged 14" on my side of town. I needed to make a 25 mile drive home late yesterday evening (that was fun) and an excursion at the beginning of today to my in-laws house to scrape them out and to the basic supply. I've done around 100 miles in this stuff since yesterday....and not even once got stuck.

I've never possessed a 4x4 truck in the 30+ years I've been driving. In any case I am a major professor in having the right tire in the snow. I've generally purchased 2 additional edges and mounted snow tires on them. Along these lines I just need to have them on when I require them. The distinction between a 2wd truck with snow tires and one with simply all-season elastic is stark. On the off chance that you possess a 2wd truck and you get any sort of snow through the winter, its justified regardless of the speculation.

    No, I was not stuck.

First post and you have a raptor grille? Nice. And good points on the tires, that's important info for 2 wheel wonders. Which tires do you use and when do you put them on? How long do you keep them before buying new ones?

    Welcome to TW!
I drove a 2wd Ranger for 11 years on all season radials without getting stuck. Southern Wisconsin and about 90% hwy or country roads.
My Taco is 4x4, and superior in every aspect, but I have had it stuck. It may have something to do with the chances you take:rolleyes:
