99 tacoma 4x4 TRD manual with 300,xxx miles

I want to make my truck have a wider stance and I know I want 15x8 with a bs of 3.75 but I want to make it wider should I get 15x9 with a bs of 3.75. Will 15x9 even fit on a stock suspension?? I want to put some 32s on it later but I'll have a 3" lift be then
