Ha ha, yes I am. I am not after a huge lift nor am I going crazy with mods on this one. It is my DD, work truck, and family man minivan. As such it has to be safe and reliable above all else.

I have a 01' TJ for the hardcore stuff and I am just stoked that my wife will let me lift this one at all

6" Rough Country lift, Toyota roof rack, Tepui RTT, Hidden 12000lb winch Pioneer 6.1 DVD stereo, Cobra III CB radio,
I have the RC 6" lift on installed and I love it. I haven't had any instances to where my DB has gotten snagged on anything or even close really.. I took her through Moab, across the country on the TAT, and done some minor rock crawling in SoCal..by no means have I encountered everything, but I will say Ive been impressed and pleased with the lift so far..

Cons- I will say that for a daily driver, the ride isn't amazing..

    Just my two cents..

I had really poor results with Rough Country on my Chevy and swore I will never buy anything with that name again.

6 inch Douche Bag lift...what else do I need?
Bullshit! I have 13.5 inches clearance in the front and 13.0 under the rear diff....and my CV angles are better.

    What do you have?

I'm in favor of running 3" lifts (look at my sig). Regardless, I really think it's kind of funny that we 3" inch guys put so much emphases on drop brackets hanging up on rocks. Guys that are running a 3" can still get hung up at the cross member, especially the area where your LCAs bolt in, unless they are running some type of aftermarket skids. Plus, the tranny and T-Case are also lower with a 3''. It just goes back to the pros and cons of both.

My other rant is people complaining about down travel with a 3" kit. It's called extended travel, you should try it. Extended travel shit's on standard travel 3" kits. I don't have any down travel issues with my truck. I really wish I had before and after pictures of how much down travel I gained from going ext travel.

Dude, If I were you I would just 3 link the front with a rock jock 60 and call it a day. That's the only way you can make anyone happy around here.

Rant all you want, it's incredibly limited on most 3" kits. Even if you have extended shocks, it's still IFS.

For the record, my heep is 3 linked in the front and it droops (no D60 though).

Cool story, and I agree, but apparently you don't take sarcasm very well. I was comparing Std travel to Ext. travel 3'' kits and there is a big difference.

    No not yet.

I've had the truck for about 4 months and have only done minor stuff.

    15'
    Super White
    Offroad
    6spd
full set of all pro skids (front is al)
BAMF bolt on sliders (I leave them off for around town driving)
    full set of weathertechs
    trd seat covers
    Tailgate debadged
Doors and front emblem black plastidip
    White grill surround
Switches mounted but not wired up yet for driving lights/lightbar/rock lights/and compressor (all of which are on their way)
Bought a set of the SEMA wheels but don't have tires (on the fence still about which ones I want)
I think I'll order my lift today...yeah why not

They're heavy. It's a little neurotic but I am a firm believer in keeping weight to a minimum. You guys are really gonna think I am crazy when I make billet outriggers to mount my homebrew sliders. I think I can drop a lot of weight and increase rigidity. Having your own fadal has it's perks

Admittedly it's only been 2 times as I've only had the truck for a couple of months.
